THE STORY

Caitlin came to JRAD SKIN hoping to finally address years of lingering acne scarring, uneven texture, pigmentation, and loss of confidence surrounding her skin. Although her active breakouts had improved significantly over time, she was still left with deeper pitted scarring, post-inflammatory pigmentation, and areas of hypopigmentation caused by years of acne and previous skin-picking habits.

Like many clients struggling with acne scarring, the emotional impact remained long after the active acne itself had calmed. While Caitlin had undergone treatments years prior, she had never followed a long-term corrective plan focused specifically on rebuilding skin health, improving texture safely, and creating lasting change over time.

Together, we created a treatment plan focused on skin renewal, collagen stimulation, pigmentation correction, and long-term skin resilience. Through a series of advanced facials, Intensif RF Microneedling, traditional microneedling, The Derma Peel, and targeted glycolic and lactic acid peels, we worked gradually to improve overall skin texture, soften the appearance of scarring, brighten pigmentation, and support healthier skin function.

Alongside her in-clinic treatments, her entire skincare routine was rebuilt to better support correction without compromising the barrier. We also spent significant time focusing on breaking the cycle of skin picking through education, consistency, and understanding how greatly picking can interfere with healing and long-term results.
