JRAD Academy was created for aestheticians who are ready to deepen their knowledge, refine their technique, and approach their work with greater intention.

Our education is rooted in clinical understanding and a deeper connection to the skin, helping you move beyond routine treatments into truly supportive, results-driven work.

We are currently refining and elevating the Academy experience, with upcoming in-person training and online courses designed to make this education more accessible.

Future courses will include facial massage, gua sha technique, fascia release, acne support, and more.
