THE STORY
Ayah came to JRAD SKIN after struggling with persistent breakouts, congestion, and post-inflammatory pigmentation for several years. Although she had remained committed to skincare, she had never received professional facial treatments before and felt increasingly frustrated by the lack of progress within her skin.
During her consultation, we identified several internal and lifestyle factors that could be contributing to ongoing inflammation, including hormonal fluctuations, inconsistent nourishment, dehydration, and heightened stress on the body overall. After previous experiences with birth control that did not feel aligned for her long term, she wanted to focus on supporting her skin in a more balanced and sustainable way while also learning how to better care for her internal health.
