YOUR APPOINTMENT IS RESERVED JUST FOR YOU. 

At JRAD SKIN, every treatment, recommendation, and interaction is approached with intention, care, and professionalism. The following policies are in place to help us protect the experience, time, and availability thoughtfully reserved for each client who visits our space.

By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following policies.

  • Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

    To ensure we can provide the highest level of care, attention, and availability for all JRAD SKIN clients, we kindly ask that all clients review and agree to the following policies prior to booking.

    A valid credit card may be required to secure appointments.

  • We kindly ask that clients arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, consent forms, and preparation for your treatment.

    If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the following scheduled clients. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

    In situations where the appointment can no longer be completed due to late arrival, cancellation fees may still apply.

  • We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or changes.

    As appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, late cancellations, rescheduled appointments, and missed visits limit our ability to accommodate other clients seeking care.

    Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours notice — including no-show appointments — will be subject to the following fees:

    • Treatment Appointments — $100

    • Consultation Appointments — $50

    • Consult + Treatment Appt — $150

    These policies are not intended to penalize clients, but rather to help protect the time, preparation, and availability thoughtfully reserved for each appointment and aesthetician.

PRODUCT POLICY

  • At JRAD SKIN, we are committed to offering thoughtful product recommendations and supporting you throughout your skincare journey. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a product purchase, our team is always here to assist you.

    If a product recommended by our team does not feel like the right fit for your skin, we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

    Unopened and unused products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

    Opened or used products may only be eligible for exchange or store credit at the discretion of JRAD SKIN. Products showing significant use may not qualify for return or exchange.

    If a client experiences a reaction to a product, we encourage them to also contact the product manufacturer or brand directly using the customer care information listed on the packaging. This allows the brand to properly document and review any concerns related to product reactions or specific batches.

    Our team is always happy to support clients throughout this process and assist with any questions or concerns whenever possible.

  • Online orders are typically processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    Please allow additional processing time during launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

    If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact our team within 5 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by JRAD SKIN.

    JRAD SKIN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

    Gift cards, promotional items, and final sale purchases are non-refundable.

CLINIC RIGHTS

  • JRAD SKIN reserves the right to refuse service, pause treatment, or decline future bookings when necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing, and experience of our team, clients, and space.

    To maintain a calm and restorative environment for all clients, we kindly ask that children and additional guests not attend appointments unless previously arranged.

    Results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Treatment recommendations are provided based on professional assessment, skin condition, lifestyle factors, and client consistency with home care and treatment plans.
