As the founder of JRAD SKIN, Jordan brings over a decade of experience in medical and holistic aesthetics — shaping a refined approach that integrates clinical precision with holistic care and thoughtful guidance.
She has also expanded into education through JRAD Academy, mentoring aestheticians who are seeking a more refined and elevated way of working within the industry.
Her work continues to evolve, grounded in one intention:
to help people feel confident, clear, and at ease in their skin.

Early in her career, she was recognized as one of Alberta’s top emerging aestheticians, earning the title of New Best Rising Aesthetician and placing 4th overall in Canada at the WorldSkills Competition.
In 2018, she founded JRAD SKIN — a space designed to reflect a new standard within the industry, where results, education, and the client experience are held with equal importance.
Her work is grounded in advanced clinical training, results-driven care, and a deeply intuitive understanding of the skin. Over time, she expanded her education beyond traditional medical aesthetics, training in modalities such as reflexology, facial cupping, and gua sha to support the connection between skin, stress, and overall wellbeing.

JADE DI MARZO
Jade brings a deeply supportive approach to skin health, known for her calming presence and ability to create treatments that feel both restorative and results-driven.

With over 7 years of experience in aesthetics, she began her career as a Certified International CIDESCO Aesthetician, building a strong foundation in skin anatomy, facial treatments, and the science behind cosmetic ingredients. In 2019, she expanded her training into medical aesthetics, deepening her understanding of corrective treatments and clinical care.
Over the years at JRAD SKIN, Jade has refined her work through ongoing mentorship with Jordan, continuously expanding her knowledge across both medical and holistic modalities. She specializes in supporting a wide range of skin conditions, approaching each treatment with care and a deep understanding of the skin.
Known for her intuitive touch, Jade is especially regarded for her ability to create treatments that feel both deeply relaxing and highly effective. Her work is grounded in education and thoughtful technique, creating an experience where clients feel at ease, supported, and confident in their care.

SUSANNE FJORDBACH
Susanne leads operations, finance, and client experience at JRAD SKIN, ensuring every detail is intentionally managed and aligned.

Born and raised in Denmark, she brings a natural appreciation for simplicity, intention, and design — qualities that have influenced the overall feel and flow of JRAD SKIN.
With over 25 years of experience as an administrator, Susanne developed a deep understanding of organization, client care, and the importance of creating environments where people feel supported and at ease. After moving to Canada in 1993, she built a career grounded in reliability, precision, and connection — before transitioning into the aesthetics space to pursue her passion for skin and overall well-being.
Since the beginning of JRAD SKIN, Susanne has been an integral part of its growth, shaping the experience both behind the scenes and at the front of house. She is known for her warmth, attention to detail, and ability to create a space that feels welcoming, seamless, and deeply considered.
Her role extends far beyond operations — she is a steady, grounding presence within the clinic, ensuring every client interaction feels supported, intentional, and aligned with the JRAD SKIN experience.

ELLA OSTRIKOFF
Ella leads Brand and Marketing coordination at JRAD SKIN, shaping how the brand is experienced across every digital touchpoint.

Her focus is not just on what is seen, but on how it’s felt, ensuring every interaction reflects the depth, intention, and clarity that define the JRAD experience. It allows each moment to unfold with intention, creating a sense of calm, connection, and quiet confidence.
With 6 years of experience behind the lens, her foundation began in visual storytelling, learning to observe, capture, and translate subtle details into something that can be felt through photo and video. Over time, that perspective evolved into her approach to marketing and branding, where she now integrates a visual, emotional lens into everything she creates.
Having grown up within her family’s digital advertising and video production company, BizBOXTV, Ella developed a deep understanding of media, strategy, and execution from an early age, now leading media operations and marketing initiatives across multiple brands.
At JRAD SKIN, Ella has been a key part of bringing the new brand to life, helping shape the next chapter of its identity, direction, and creative expression. Her role continues to guide how the brand evolves, ensuring each element feels aligned, intentional, and true to its core.
