THE STORY
Amanda came to JRAD SKIN feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, and unsure of how to properly support the skin. After years of struggling with hormonal cystic acne, congestion, inflammation, and acne scarring — alongside treatments and routines that often left her skin feeling more reactive — she was looking for a more thoughtful and supportive approach.
Through a fully personalized treatment plan, we focused on calming inflammation, strengthening the skin barrier, reducing congestion, and improving overall skin function before moving deeper into corrective scar-focused treatments.
Over the course of approximately 1.5 years and 14 treatments, the client remained consistent with a customized in-clinic plan combining The Clear, Intensif RF Microneedling, and The Derma Peel, alongside a completely revised homecare routine tailored specifically to her skin’s needs.
We also guided her through supportive lifestyle and hormonal considerations to help reduce internal triggers contributing to her breakouts. With consistency and education, her skin became significantly calmer, clearer, smoother, and more resilient — with visible improvements in both active acne and acne scarring.
