THE STORY

Israa came to JRAD SKIN feeling hesitant and unsure of how to safely treat her skin. Having previously used prescription tretinoin (Acretin 0.05%) without proper education around SPF and barrier protection, her skin had become increasingly sensitive over time, leaving behind deeper post-inflammatory pigmentation, uneven tone, congestion, and texture that she felt had never fully improved.

During Israa’s consultation process, we focused heavily on education — helping her understand how pigmentation behaves within melanated skin, why patience and consistency matter, and how gradual correction often creates the safest and most long-term results.

Over the course of 10 treatments throughout the year, we created a personalized plan centered around calming inflammation, supporting barrier health, improving texture, and gradually lifting pigmentation without overwhelming the skin.
