The Experience
This year, we’ve created an experience that blends exclusive access, curated offerings, and meaningful connection.
Throughout the day, you’ll be invited to explore event-only promotions, shop our expanded retail collection, and experience a selection of in-clinic offerings and collaborations — all designed to support your skin in a thoughtful way.
We’ll also be welcoming a small number of aligned brand partners, each bringing something unique into the space.

THE STRUCTURE
To support a more spacious and intentional experience, the earlier part of the day will be reserved through limited ticketed entry.
Reserved Entry | 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Guests can select from three entry waves:
10:00 – 11:00 AM
11:15 – 12:15 PM
12:30 – 1:30 PM
Each wave has been intentionally kept small to allow for a more guided, personalized experience within the clinic.
Ticket Details
Tickets are $25 and will be applied directly to your JRAD SKIN account as a credit, redeemable toward any purchase made during the event.
Your ticket doesn’t just grant entry — it holds your place within the space, secures a curated goodie bag, ask our team any questions you may have and allows you to move through the experience with ease.
Guests are welcome to attend alongside you; however, only ticket holders who sign up via Eventbrite will receive a goodie bag and ticket credit.
Tickets will be released via Eventbrite on May 3rd at 12:00 PM.

During this time we’ll open our doors for a more flexible drop-in experience.
